JCI Cosmopolis
Founded in 2009 JCI Cosmopolis is the first English speaking local organization of JCI Finland, the second being JCI United.
The local organization is based in Helsinki and comprises of young active citizens of more than 10 different nationalities (Finns and foreigners).
JCI Cosmopolis’ mission is to empower international minded young professionals in the capital region.
The local organization’s vision is to be the meeting point for internationally minded young professionals
aspiring for personal growth and positive impact.
The Helsinki region JCI network
JCI Cosmopolis is part of the Helsinki region JCI community, which consists of six local organizations in total and 250+ active members.
JCI Espoo
JCI Espoo provides active young adults a way to create impact in their communities, and develop skills, knowledge and understanding to make informed decisions and take action.
JCI Havis Amanda
JCI Havis Amanda’s aim is to maintain a network that provides young adults with the experience and knowledge of leadership, internationalization, entrepreneurship and social responsibility.
JCI Helsinki
JCI Helsinki is an active education organiser, contributor of impactful projects, and enabler of networks and friendships.
JCI Keskuspuisto
JCI Central Park provides various activities from useful projects to having fun and self-development, without forgetting cooperation and charity.
JCI Metropol
JCI Metropol provides a counterbalance to the workplace and provides inspiration to (sub) urban under-40s self-developers through training, events and networking.
The southern Finland JCI community
JCI Cosmopolis is also part of the southern Finland JCI community known as the Region A.
Regions A stretches from Porvoo to Uusikaupunki, from Forssa to Maarianhamn. With 22 local local organizations and over 800 active members Region A is the biggest of the four regions of JCI Finland. The purpose of the region is to provide support for the local organizationsi n various forms.

We develop our member’s leadership and working life skills and knowledge from the value basis of sustainable leadership. We provide our members with concrete opportunities to develop and influence, through which we create positive change in our communities and in the society.
JCI Finland has 86 local organizations around the country and approximately 2500 members. Together with trial members and over 40-year-old senators and honorary members, JCI Finland has almost 5000 members.
